Things to consider

  • Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before you reservation time.
  • We will begin briefing 5 minutes before your time so you can start your game on time.
  • It is your responsibility to plan and allow for possible delays due to traffic and/or weather conditions.
  • All bookings made are public. Meaning that others could join on to your group increasing your chances of succeeding!
  • If you’d like to private out a room, you can give us a call after or before making your booking.
  • SIGN YOUR WAIVER HERE! We kindly ask that you complete your waiver form before arrival, this can be done here.
  • Please note: Players under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and will also need an adult to sign their waiver prior to game play.

Parking information

You will be entitled to complimentary parking once you have confirmed your booking and this will be located in the adjacent parking structure on Cushing Street between Gray Street and Webster Street.

The garage address for your GPS is:  1709B Cushing Street, Houston. 

Once you have parked you will see a sign in front of your space and this will have the P-Code of MAA302 and your parking space number.

Go text P-Code MAA302 to 25023 on your phone and click the link. This will prompt you for your license plate and spot number and how long you will be there. Set the time to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

DO NOT USE THE MACHINE. WE CANNOT VALIDATE THOSE TICKETS.

If you are parking in the garage after 4PM it will automatically charge you a fee for parking which you will be required to pay. However, please bring your phone with the ticket pulled up inside and give it to the games master at the front desk who will be able to validate your parking. Do this immediately when walking in! Because if it expires before we validate or the page refreshes and you lose the ticket there is nothing we can do.

As this is a public parking facility, we gently remind you that it is always a good practice not to leave anything of value visible in your car.

LATE POLICY

We operate our escape rooms on a reservation schedule. To be fair to all our customers, we start our games at their scheduled start times.

If your entire group is late, you will have less than 60 minutes to play, based on how late you arrive.

If the game has started, late comers may be added per the manager’s discretion.

Please be aware that no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed for late arrivers.

If you know that you will be arriving late, please call us at 346-240-9111 as soon as possible!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases are final once the purchase is made. If you absolutely cannot make it we can try to reschedule or give store credit (usable within a year of the original booking). But we do not give refunds. We understand circumstances can arise and cause your group to not make it. That is why we allow those options. But once a booking is moved twice it cannot be moved again.

At the managers discretion, anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or otherwise posing a danger to others, will not be allowed to play and will forfeit their payment.
