PREAMBLE
Each booking is final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the booking date, subject to availability. Less than 5 days before the booking date, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. Under no circumstances is a game refundable.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the purchase of subscriptions, tickets, or single-use vouchers is not subject to a right of withdrawal.
When purchasing a gift voucher or gift box, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal for a contract concluded remotely, following telephone solicitation or off-premises sales, without having to justify their decision or incur costs other than those provided for in Articles L.221-23 to L.221-25.

1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms and conditions and any contract incorporating them are governed by French law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
1.2. The game is designed for teams of 2 to 5 players per room. Each booking is private, and under no circumstances will you be grouped with participants outside your own team.
1.3. For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to participate. Between 10 and 15 years old, at least one adult must be present in the room. Above 15 years old, no restrictions apply. For age verification purposes, an official identity document may be requested.
1.4. EH Paris does not recommend the activity for women who are more than 7 months pregnant and declines all responsibility in the event of any incident.
1.5. Team members are requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time to receive instructions related to the experience.
1.6. Upon arrival, EH Paris staff will ask for the first and last name used for the booking. In the event of a formal check, you may be asked to confirm your identity with an official document (ID card / passport).
1.7. While on our premises, EH Paris expects clients to follow the rules and instructions provided by the staff and to behave appropriately and respectfully toward employees at all times.
1.8. EH Paris does not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation toward its staff.
1.9. Due to the nature of the activity, no photographs or recordings may be taken inside the game rooms.
1.10. EH Paris expects its visitors and clients not to disclose any details of the games, directly or indirectly, to the public.
1.11. EH Paris reserves the right to charge clients for any damage caused, whether intentional or not, resulting from misuse of equipment or inappropriate behavior.
1.12. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or non-prescribed medication will be refused entry; in such cases, the game will not be refunded. EH Paris reserves the right to refuse access to any person deemed unfit or displaying abusive or inappropriate behavior.
1.13. No food or beverages may be brought into the game rooms.
1.14. As part of your booking, EH Paris collects and stores your personal data without disclosing it to third parties. EH Paris ensures the confidentiality of your personal information.
1.15. By making a booking, you may receive our newsletters, latest offers, and promotions. However, EH Paris allows you to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the email received.
2. WEBSITE
2.1. The website http://escapehunt.com/paris is owned and operated by EH Paris. The company reserves the right to modify the content of the website at its sole discretion and without notice. However, the applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time of booking, as stated in your confirmation email.
2.2. The following conditions apply to all users of the EH Paris website and must be read carefully and accepted before use.
2.3. The EH Paris website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this site.
2.4. Use of all or part of the EH Paris website for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
2.5. The trademarks and logos appearing on the site are the property of Escape Hunt Ltd. You are not authorized to use them without prior written consent, and you acknowledge that such use may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1. Only persons aged 18 or over are authorized to make a booking.
3.2. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been validated by EH Paris.
3.3. Each booking is personal and may not be transferred to a third party without prior agreement from EH Paris. Please contact us for special cases.
3.4. Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. Failure to comply with this condition entitles EH Paris to refuse access to its rooms for both the purchaser and the intended beneficiary.
3.5. You are responsible for entering accurate contact details in the online booking form. By submitting it, you guarantee that the information provided is true and correct. EH Paris cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors or incorrect date or time selection.
3.6. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email only. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive it, contact us directly. EH Paris does not send confirmations by post or SMS.
3.7. Bookings may be made up to 6 months in advance and no later than 2 hours before the desired date and time. For further information or bookings outside these timeframes, please contact us by email or phone.
3.8. A booking becomes void and access may be refused if the team arrives 15 minutes or more late. In such cases, no rescheduling, modification, or refund will be granted.
3.9. Each booking is deemed final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days prior, subject to availability. Less than 5 days before the booking date, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, purchases of subscriptions, tickets, or single-use vouchers are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
In the event of a dispute, you may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV) at the address listed above.
3.10. Force Majeure. EH Paris shall not be held responsible for delays or obstacles causing late arrival or non-attendance, including but not limited to bad weather, strikes, demonstrations, floods, traffic congestion, civil unrest, or any other cause. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
If EH Paris is administratively closed due to force majeure (pandemic, nuclear explosion, etc.), EH Paris will offer a free rescheduling of affected bookings within 18 months. If the credit is not used within this period, a refund request may be submitted within 3 months following expiration.
4. GIFT VOUCHERS
When purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period under the conditions set out in Articles L.221-23 to L.221-25 of the French Consumer Code.
This period runs from:
1° The date of contract conclusion for gift voucher purchases
2° The date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or a designated third party for gift box sales
When redeeming gift vouchers or gift boxes, the booking conditions set out in Section 3 (Bookings) apply, including the waiver of the right of withdrawal under Article L.221-28.
5. “AT-HOME” ESCAPE GAMES
5.1. Downloadable Escape Game products are not subject to a right of withdrawal under Article L.121-21-8, 3° of the French Consumer Code.
5.2. It is prohibited to copy, extract, distribute, or modify the content of these products for commercial purposes. Downloading and printing content is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction of drawings, images, audio documents, video sequences, or texts in other electronic or printed publications requires prior written consent from BGP Entertainment. Unauthorized use constitutes an offense of counterfeiting.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1. The price (including VAT) per person is indicated on the EH Paris website under the “Booking” section.
6.2. Prices vary according to the number of participants per room (2–5 people) and the day of the week.
6.3. Bookings may be made online via the EH Paris website or directly on site.
6.4. Accepted payment methods are listed on the EH Paris website.
6.5. Full payment is required prior to your visit.
6.6. If fewer participants attend than originally planned, no refund or credit will be issued for absent participants.
6.7. If more participants attend than originally planned, up to the room’s maximum capacity (5 people), the additional fee must be paid upon arrival.
7. BLOCTEL
Bloctel is a telephone solicitation opposition list that allows consumers to avoid being contacted by professionals.
Individuals may register free of charge on http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr. Numbers are registered for 3 years, renewable. Protection becomes effective within a maximum of 30 days after registration.
