The company BGP Escape, operating under the trade name Escape Hunt Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 891 249 823, with its registered office at 16 rue Louise Emilie de la Tour d’Auvergne, 75009 Paris, is organizing a contest entitled “The Hidden Gold Bars of Escape Hunt Paris” (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”), from May 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, inclusive.
The Contest is open to any adult individual who has booked a team game session at Escape Hunt Paris (located at 5 rue de Hanovre, 75002 Paris) for a game session played between May 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025 inclusive.

Participation in the Contest is not mandatory and has no impact on the escape game scenario or mission played.
Three winning gold bars, hidden in the Escape Hunt Paris game rooms, are to be found by teams during their regular game sessions.
The gold bars are hidden by the Escape Hunt Paris operations manager and changed weekly. Their hiding places may be altered between different rooms or within the same room.

To ensure the smooth running of the game, the winning gold bars are fake, easily identifiable, and presented to participants during the pre-game briefing.
The organizer, Escape Hunt Paris, is committed to ensuring that all three gold bars are won during the Contest period. Searching will become progressively easier as the contest nears its end if one or more bars remain undiscovered.
The winner is the player of a team who finds one of the three fake gold bars during their game session and hands it over to their Game Master at the end of the session.
After validation by the operations manager, the player will receive the real 5-gram gold bar in exchange for the fake one.
The Contest is prohibited for all Escape Hunt staff members, animation service providers, as well as their family members or friends.
Prizes are awarded on-site on the day they are won. If the operations manager is absent, an appointment will be scheduled within 30 days to hand over the won gold bar at the operational location of the Escape Hunt Paris brand managed by BGP Escape (5 rue de Hanovre, 75002 Paris).
If the game rules are not followed or if elements disrupt the smooth running of the contest, particularly in the case of violations of the general terms and conditions and site rules, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and reintroduce it into the contest before its conclusion.
As part of the Contest, Escape Hunt Paris collects only the information strictly necessary for contest management and prize distribution. Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Escape Hunt Paris reserves the right to communicate about the winners and use their image for promotional purposes unless the participant explicitly objects.
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or application falls under the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
Winners agree to take a photo with their prize at the Escape Hunt Paris operational location at 5 rue de Hanovre, 75002 Paris (with the possibility of blurring their face) to allow Escape Hunt to communicate about the Contest winners.
