Right of withdrawal
1. General principle
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal for distance contracts, without providing any justification.
This right allows the cancellation of an order and a refund, subject to applicable legal conditions.
2. Exclusion for dated leisure services
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
This includes escape game bookings made through our website.
Such services are therefore final and non-refundable once confirmed.
3. Eligible products
The right of withdrawal applies to the following products when purchased online:
- Gift cards
- Gift boxes
For these products, customers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the purchase or receipt, depending on the product type.
4. Exercising the right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise their right by completing the withdrawal form available on this page or sending any clear statement expressing their intention to withdraw
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent once the request has been processed.
5. Processing of requests
Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, refunds are issued using the original payment method.
