UK Gift Voucher and Gift Box Ts and Cs
PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS
We are offering three types of Escape Hunt Gift Voucher:
- a digital only voucher delivered via email (“Digital Gift Voucher”);
- physical voucher card (“Gift Card”); and
- physical voucher card in a promotional gift box (“Gift Box Voucher”), together, the “Gift Vouchers”.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers contain unique voucher codes. Gift Vouchers are available at set denominations and are not available in any other amounts.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
DIGITAL GIFT VOUCHERS
Digital Gift Vouchers ordered through the Escape Hunt website (the “Website”) will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address specified by the purchaser at the time of order.
When ordering a Digital Gift Voucher, the purchaser should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. Escape Hunt cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
Digital Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after the date of purchase. The expiry date can be found on the delivery email.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available to purchase both via the Website, where there is an option to specify a UK delivery address or in person at any Escape Hunt branch.
Gift Cards cannot be sent outside of the UK.
In addition to the voucher value, the purchase of Gift Cards will incur additional postage charges dependent on the postage option you select. Postage prices may occasionally vary as dictated by Royal Mail.
If purchased in person in branch, the purchase of Gift Cards will incur no postage charges.
Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders will be dispatched via the “Royal Mail Signed For” service. Delivery timings will be subject to the postage option (i.e. first or second class) selected. Please take into account Royal Mail last postage dates around Christmas and public holidays and plan purchases accordingly.
Escape Hunt cannot be held responsible for any losses or delays once the package has been handed over to Royal Mail. However, where a Gift Card is not received within 2 weeks of the dispatch date, please contact us via [email protected] and we will investigate on your behalf.

GIFT BOX VOUCHERS

Gift Box Vouchers cannot be sent outside of the UK.
In addition to the voucher value, the purchase of Gift Box Vouchers will incur a £3.00 cost to cover the production of the gift box, plus additional postage charges dependent on the postage option you select. Postage prices may occasionally vary as dictated by Royal Mail.

REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in branch or on the Website, as full or part payment of any game at a UK branch, subject to availability.
When redeeming a Gift Voucher, if the intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher, the difference must be made up with an alternative method of payment.
A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher.
As with Escape Hunt games paid for by other means, bookings made with Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded, but may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Gift Voucher credit may be used for multiple bookings, up to the value of the voucher, prior to the expiry date.
If all or part of the Gift Voucher value is not used by the Gift Voucher expiry date, then that credit shall be forfeited and cannot be used or refunded.
