USEFUL INFORMATION / TERMS OF USE:
- Not cumulative with other discounts in effect;
- PRICE PER VOUCHER (each voucher can be used by a group of up to 4 people);
- Promotion valid until 31 December 2025 (Bookings between 26 December 2025 and 30 June 2026);
- Campaign valid every day except Saturdays (Sunday to Friday);
- It is possible to extend the campaign for an additional 6 months (from 30/06/2025) through a single payment of €25, via our contact channels;
- Additional participants may be added to the game at a cost of €12 per person. If you wish to do so, please contact us;
- Bookings must be made by email to [email protected];
- Vouchers can be purchased online, via email, or in person at Escape Hunt Lisbon;
- Redemption limited to 2 vouchers per game slot;
- Cancellations or rescheduling will only be accepted up to 48 hours before the experience; after this period, no refund or rescheduling will be possible;
- Refund requests will only be accepted until the end of the month in which the purchase was made.
