PREAMBLE
Each booking is final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days before the booked date, subject to availability. Less than 5 days before the booking, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. Under no circumstances is a game refundable.
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period, the purchase of subscriptions, tickets, or single-use vouchers is not subject to any right of withdrawal.
When purchasing a gift voucher or gift box, the consumer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, following telephone solicitation or off-premises sales, without having to justify their decision or incur any costs other than those provided for in Articles L.221-23 to L.221-25.
In the event of an issue following a distance purchase (via the internet, telephone, etc.), you may contact us so that we can help you find a solution.

1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms and conditions, and any contract incorporating them, are governed by French law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
1.2. The game is designed for a team of 2 to 5 players per room. Each booking is private, and under no circumstances will you be grouped with other participants outside your own party.
1.3. For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to participate. Between the ages of 10 and 15, the presence of at least one adult in the room is required. Over the age of 15, no restrictions apply. As part of age verification, you may be asked to provide an official identity document.
1.4. EH Belfort does not recommend the activity for women who are more than 7 months pregnant and declines all liability in the event of any issue.
1.5. Team members are requested to arrive on site 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time in order to receive instructions related to the experience.
1.6. Upon arrival, EH Belfort and its staff will ask for the first and last name associated with the booking. In the event of a formal verification, you may be required to confirm your identity using an official document (national ID card or passport).
1.7. While on our premises, EH Belfort expects its customers to follow the rules and instructions provided by staff and to behave in an appropriate and respectful manner towards employees at all times.
1.8. EH Belfort does not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation toward its employees.
1.9. Due to the nature of the activity, no photographs or recordings may be taken inside the game rooms.
1.10. EH Belfort expects its visitors and customers not to disclose any details of the game, directly or indirectly, to the public.
1.11. EH Belfort reserves the right to charge customers for any damage caused, whether intentional or not, resulting from misuse of equipment or inappropriate behavior.
1.12. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or non-prescribed medication will be refused entry. In such cases, the game shall not be refunded. EH Belfort reserves the right to refuse entry to any person deemed unfit or exhibiting abusive or inappropriate behavior.
1.13. No food or beverages may be brought into the game rooms.
1.14. As part of your booking, EH Belfort collects and stores your personal data without disclosing it to any third party and ensures the confidentiality of your personal information.
1.15. By making a booking, you may receive our newsletters, latest offers, and promotions. However, EH Belfort allows you to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the received email.
2. WEBSITE
2.1. The website http://escapehunt.com/belfort
is owned and operated by EH Belfort. The company reserves the right to modify the content of the website at its sole discretion and without prior notice. However, the applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time of your booking and received in the confirmation email.
2.2. The following conditions apply to all users of the EH Belfort website and must be read carefully and accepted prior to use.
2.3. The EH Belfort website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this website.
2.4. The use of all or part of the EH Belfort website for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful purposes is prohibited.
2.5. The trademarks and logos appearing on the website are the property of “Escape Hunt Ltd”. You are not authorized to use them without prior written permission, and you acknowledge that such use may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1. Only persons aged 18 or over are authorized to make a booking.
3.2. A booking is only validated once payment has been confirmed by EH Belfort.
3.3. Each booking is personal and may not be transferred to a third party without the prior consent of EH Belfort. Please contact us for special cases.
3.4. Games may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes. In the event of non-compliance, EH Belfort reserves the right to refuse access to its rooms to both the purchaser and the presumed beneficiary of the booking.
3.5. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered in the online booking form. By submitting it, you guarantee that the details provided are true and accurate. EH Belfort shall not be held liable for any data entry errors or incorrect selection of date or time.
3.6. Following payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email only. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive it, please contact us directly. EH Belfort does not send confirmations by post or SMS.
3.7. Bookings may be made a maximum of 6 months and a minimum of 2 hours before the desired date and time. For requests outside these timeframes, please contact us by email or telephone.
3.8. A booking becomes void and entry may be refused if the team arrives 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time. In such cases, no rescheduling, modification, or refund will be accepted.
3.9. Each booking is presumed final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days before the booking date, subject to availability. Less than 5 days before the booking, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. Under no circumstances is a game refundable.
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Therefore, the purchase of subscriptions, tickets, or single-use vouchers is not subject to a right of withdrawal.

3.10. Force majeure: EH Belfort shall not be held responsible for delays or obstacles causing late arrival or non-attendance (weather conditions, strikes, demonstrations, floods, traffic congestion, civil unrest, etc.). It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
In the event of administrative closure due to force majeure (pandemic, nuclear explosion), EH Belfort will offer a free rescheduling of the affected bookings within a period of 18 months. At the end of this period, a refund request may be submitted within the following 3 months.
4. GIFT VOUCHERS
When purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason and without additional costs, in accordance with Articles L.221-23 to L.221-25 of the French Consumer Code.
The period runs from:
1° the conclusion of the contract for gift vouchers;
2° the receipt of the goods for gift boxes.
When using gift vouchers or gift boxes, the booking conditions set out in Section 3 apply, in particular those provided for under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
5. “PLAY AT HOME” ESCAPE GAME
5.1. Downloadable Escape Game products are not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.121-21-8, 3° of the French Consumer Code.
5.2. It is prohibited to copy, extract, distribute, or modify the content for commercial purposes. Downloading and printing are permitted strictly for private, non-commercial use. Any reproduction requires the prior written consent of BGP Entertainment. Any infringement constitutes an act of counterfeiting.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1. The price per person, inclusive of VAT, is indicated on the EH Belfort website under the “booking” section.
6.2. Prices depend on the number of participants (2 to 5 people) and the day of the week.
6.3. Bookings may be made online or directly on site.
6.4. Accepted payment methods are specified on the EH Belfort website.
6.5. Payment is required prior to your visit.
6.6. If fewer participants attend than originally booked, no refund or credit will be issued.
6.7. If additional participants attend (up to the maximum of 5), the supplement must be paid on site.
7. BLOCTEL
The Bloctel opposition list allows consumers to opt out of telephone solicitation. Free registration on http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr
protects the consumer within a maximum period of 30 days, for a renewable duration of 3 years.

9. PROMOTIONS
Special offers and packages cannot be combined with promotional codes. If a promotional code is used on a non-eligible package, the package price shall remain applicable.
