PREAMBLE:
Each booking is final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days in advance, depending on availability.
Within 5 days of the booking date, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. In no case is a game refundable.
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided at a specified date or period.
Accordingly, the purchase of subscriptions, tickets, or individual services cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.
When purchasing a gift voucher or gift box, and in accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a fourteen (14) day period to exercise their right of withdrawal for any contract concluded at a distance (via internet, telephone, or off-premises), without having to justify their decision and without bearing any costs other than those provided by law.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply if the gift voucher or gift box has been used, in whole or in part, before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Player lateness does not give any right to a refund or extension of the game duration.

1. GENERAL
1.1. These terms and conditions, and any contract incorporating these terms and conditions, are governed by Belgian law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
1.2. The game is designed for teams of 2 to 5 people per room, or 6 for certain rooms exclusively. Each booking is private, and you will never join other people outside your group in your room.
1.3. For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate. Between 7 and 16 years old, at least one adult must be present in the room. Over 16 years old, no restrictions apply. As part of age verification, you may be asked to provide an official ID document.
1.4. EH Brussels does not recommend the activity to women more than 7 months pregnant and declines any responsibility in case of problems.
1.5. Team members are required to arrive on site 10–15 minutes before the booking to receive instructions related to the experience.
1.6. Upon arrival, EH Brussels and its staff will ask for the first and last name on the reservation; in case of formal verification, you will be asked to confirm your identity with an official document (ID / Passport).
1.7. While on our premises, EH Brussels expects its clients to follow rules and instructions, and to behave appropriately and respectfully toward staff at all times.
1.8. EH Brussels does not tolerate harassment or intimidation of its employees.
1.9. Due to the nature of the activity, no photos or recordings may be taken inside the room.
1.10. Visitors and clients must not disclose any details of the game, directly or indirectly, to the public.
1.11. EH Brussels reserves the right to charge clients for any damage caused, whether intentional or not, or caused by misuse of items or inappropriate behavior.
1.12. Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or non-prescribed medication will be refused entry; the game will not be refunded in these cases. EH Brussels reserves the right to deny access to any person who is unfit or behaves abusively or inappropriately.
1.13. No food or drinks may be brought into the game rooms.
1.14. As part of your booking, EH Brussels collects and stores your personal data without disclosing it to any third party. EH Brussels ensures the confidentiality of your personal information.
1.15. By booking, you may receive newsletters, latest offers, and promotions. EH Brussels allows you to unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the email received.
2. WEBSITE
2.1. The site https://escapehunt.com/be/brussels
is owned and operated by EH Brussels. The company reserves the right to modify the website content at its discretion without notice.
However, the terms and conditions in force at the time of your booking, which you receive in the confirmation email, apply.
2.2. The following conditions apply to all website users and must be read and accepted before use.
2.3. The EH Brussels website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this site.
2.4. Using the site, in whole or in part, for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or unlawful purposes is prohibited.
2.5. Trademarks and logos on the site are the property of Escape Hunt Ltd. You may not use them without prior written permission, and you agree that unauthorized use may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.
3. RESERVATIONS
3.1. Only persons who are at least 18 years old are allowed to book a game.
3.2. Only payment confirmed by EH Brussels validates the reservation.
3.3. Each booking is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party without prior approval from EH Brussels. You must contact us for special cases.
3.4. Games may not be transferred or resold commercially. If this condition is not respected, EH Brussels reserves the right to refuse access to its rooms for both the purchaser and the intended beneficiary of the booking.
3.5. You are responsible for entering your details correctly in the online booking form. By submitting it, you guarantee to EH Brussels that the information provided is accurate and truthful. EH Brussels cannot be held responsible for any input errors or errors in choosing the date and time.
3.6. After your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email only. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive it, please contact us directly. EH Brussels does not send confirmations by post or text message.
3.7. Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance and at least 3 hours before the desired date and time. For information outside these ranges, please contact us by email or phone.
3.8. A booking becomes void and entry may be refused if the team is 15 minutes or more late for the scheduled start time. In this situation, no rescheduling, modification, or refund will be accepted by EH Brussels.
3.9. Each booking is assumed final. It may be rescheduled up to 5 days in advance depending on availability. Within 5 days, no changes, cancellations, or rescheduling are possible. In no case is a game refundable. In accordance with Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided at a specified date or period. In case of dispute, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 bte 1, 1000 Brussels.
3.10. Force Majeure. EH Brussels is not responsible for delays or obstacles causing your late arrival or failure to attend at the booked date and time, whether caused by bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest, or any other reason. It is your responsibility to arrive on time.
If EH Brussels is administratively closed due to force majeure (pandemic, nuclear explosion, etc.), EH Brussels will only offer a free rescheduling of affected bookings within 18 months. If the credit has not been used by the end of this period, a refund request may be submitted within 3 months after expiration.
4. GIFT VOUCHERS
When purchasing a gift voucher, the buyer has a fourteen-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal for a contract concluded at a distance, following telephone solicitation or off-premises, without needing to justify their decision or bear any additional costs.
The period starts:
1° From the conclusion of the contract, for gift voucher purchases
2° From the receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by them, for gift box purchases. For contracts concluded off-premises, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
When using gift vouchers or gift boxes, the conditions of paragraph 3 regarding Reservations in terms of withdrawal and cancellation rights apply.
5. ESCAPE GAME “PLAY AT HOME”
5.1 Downloadable Escape Game products are not subject to the right of withdrawal under Article L.121-21-8, 3° of the Consumer Code.
5.2 It is prohibited to copy, extract, distribute, or modify the content of products for commercial purposes. Downloading and printing texts, images, and graphic elements of products are allowed only for private, non-commercial use. Reproduction of drawings, images, audio documents, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications requires the prior written consent of BGP Entertainment. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1. The price (VAT included) per person is indicated on the EH Brussels website in the “Booking” section.
6.2. The price is set according to the number of people per room (2–6 persons).
6.3. Bookings can be made online on the EH Brussels website, or in person on-site.
6.4. Accepted payment methods are specified on the EH Brussels website.
6.5. Payment is required before your arrival.
6.6. If fewer participants attend than originally planned, no refund or credit will be issued for absent participants.
6.7. If more participants attend than originally planned, up to the room’s maximum capacity (5 persons), the additional fee must be paid upon arrival.
7. BLOCTEL
In accordance with Belgian consumer protection law, individuals may opt out of telemarketing calls by registering for the National Robinson List.
Registration on this list prevents commercial contact by phone from companies respecting this obligation. Registered numbers are protected according to applicable rules and for a duration set by regulation.
