For bookings made on quotation (reserved for organisations holding a SIRET number), the same amendment/cancellation policy shall apply once the booking has been confirmed and formalised (signed quotation returned, triggering the issuance of the invoice, which constitutes a final accounting document for payment before the service is provided). If a request is made to amend an invoice already issued more than 5 days before the event, an administration fee of €30 excl. VAT will be charged.

In the specific case of a full venue private hire, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the venue privatisation cost (excluding any additional services) will be charged for any cancellation request made between 5 and 15 days before the event.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client, payment of an invoice is due on the date of the Escape Hunt event, or on the payment due date stated on the invoice where applicable.
