MEETING ROOM

Rent our modern and well equipped meeting room (half day/day) in a nice and unusual atmosphere close to Saint-Jean train station.

Equipment available: video projector / speaker / Paper board / Water cooler. Optional: breakfast (mix of pastries / tea coffee / orange juice).

 

Several possible configurations:

• In U: up to maximum 17 people
• In school (front video projection with table): up to 12 people (+ facilitator)
• In Theatre (front video projection without table): up to maximum 30 people (+ facilitator)

 

Set menu options:

• For lunch / dinner: Buffet dinner and drinks or catered buffet dinner
• A delicious moment for your sweet break in the afternoon
• Cocktail/After work drinks: organic regional beer / wine / cold hams, cheeses and terrines/potted meat
