Of course! Everyone is welcome. Our Game Masters monitor every game via CCTV. If you wish to leave the room at any time, simply let them know and they will be able to let you out promptly.

If you have any specific concerns about your pregnancy, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before taking part.

To make our experiences accessible to as many people as possible, we offer free admission to a registered carer accompanying a player who requires assistance. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Please note that some puzzles require two players to complete. Assistance dogs are also welcome in our game rooms.

Due to the nature of our games, which rely in particular on visual and audio clues, our experiences are unfortunately not suitable for deaf or hard-of-hearing guests, or for blind or visually impaired guests.

Absolutely! Our rooms are not particularly confined, and our Game Masters are available throughout the game. If you wish to leave the room at any time, simply let them know and they will open the door for you.

Some of our experiences use special effects, strobe lighting or lasers.

If you have a medical condition that could be affected by these effects, or any other medical condition we should be aware of, including allergies, please let us know when making your booking. Our team will be happy to provide further information and help you choose the most suitable experience.

All our games are available in both French and English. Our entire team speaks English fluently, and clues can be provided in either language.

We’ve tried all sorts of group sizes, but we recommend teams of 2 to 5 players for the best experience. That’s why we have strict limits on team sizes: we want to make sure every Escape Hunt adventure is as enjoyable as possible.

The whole experience lasts approximately 90 minutes. You’ll spend around 60 minutes in the room, which is the maximum time you have to escape.

Before your game, you’ll receive a short briefing explaining everything you need to know. Afterwards, you and your team can relax in our lounge, enjoy a drink at our bar and take some photos to remember your adventure.

More than just a game, Escape Hunt invites you to experience a real-life adventure where you are the heroes of the story.

Our escape games are suitable for ages 8 and up. Players under 16 must be accompanied in the room by an adult over 18 who has booked and paid for their place.

Formal wear, of course! Just kidding.

Come as you are! We simply recommend wearing comfortable clothes so you can make the most of your adventure.

Absolutely! Our escape games are exciting, but never dangerous. Your safety is our priority. Our Game Masters are trained to ensure your game runs smoothly and remain attentive throughout your experience, so you can enjoy your adventure with complete peace of mind.

Simply start by booking your first room. Once you have entered your details, you will be able to add a second room to your basket before proceeding to payment.

No, unfortunately we do not accept Chèques-Vacances.

If you can no longer make your booking, we will do our best to reschedule your game free of charge, provided you contact us at least 48 hours in advance and the new date falls within 30 days of your original booking date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for players who are unable to attend.

You can add an extra player to your booking, provided the room’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. Simply let us know in advance, and the additional player can pay when they arrive.

If a player can no longer attend, you will need to find a replacement, as we do not offer refunds for absent players. If you’re unsure how many people will be attending, you can book for the smallest number of players and pay the difference later.

Yes! Our reception lounge and all our game rooms are air-conditioned. You may be locked in, but at least you’ll stay cool!

Whether you’re looking to give the gift of an immersive escape room experience or a game to download and print at home, we have something for everyone!

We currently offer two types of gift vouchers:

• Download, Print & Play games: valid exclusively for our at-home games, priced at €11.90.
• Classic gift vouchers: valid for our escape rooms, available from €10 or as vouchers for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 players.

Our print & play games have a suggested gaming time of 1 hour, but this may vary depending on skill level. However, they all come with the freedom to take it at your own pace.

We recommend playing with a minimum of 2 players, with a suggested maximum of 6 players to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience.

Our print & play games all require a printer and a device you can use to connect to the internet (Mobile, Tablet, Computer etc). Some of our print & play games also require a Facebook Account in order to access certain functions.
