The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Game Rules and Privacy Policy: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website, using the service provided and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Escape Hunt Entertainment LLC. “Game” refers to the escape game experience offered by Escape Hunt Entertainment LLC. These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and enjoyment of the Games and by using this website you accept these terms and conditions in full. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking with Escape Hunt Entertainment LLC. and in doing so you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

Your use of this Website and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any personal information you supply to Us when you use this Website and make bookings will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
Cancellations
As Escape Hunt Entertainment LLC. games are live events no refunds shall be offered for cancellations or no shows. If you have a booking reserved you are required to give 48 hours’ notice if you wish to change the reservation. Changes to a reservation will only be permitted once and are subject to written confirmation, by us, of the rescheduled booking date and time.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can be purchased and be used against any current, available escape game and the cost is based on the number of players. Vouchers can be upgraded at any time to increase the number of players; payment will need to be made for the difference. There will be no refunds offered for a lower number of players to the voucher value.
Gift Vouchers are valid for six calendar months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for any other service or value.
Payment
All major Credit/Debit cards, bank transfers and cash are all acceptable methods of payment.
Online Payment
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
www.escapehunt.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that you do not and will not have any right to bring any action against Us, the directors, managers, shareholders or staff thereof with respect to the use of this Website and playing of Our Games.
