COVID-19 Procedures & Requirements

VACCINATION AND CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS:

• No vaccination or check-in requirements to enter.
• No COVID-19 capacity or density limits apply.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

For information on what measures we have put into place to ensure our customers safety, please see further detail below:

• All staff have completed the government’s COVID-19 Safe Training Course.
• All staff have downloaded and installed the COVID-19 Safe App.
• Reception has been remodelled to allow for better spacing.
• All groups will not be permitted to enter the building until they are all present.
• All players must sanitise their hands immediately upon entry and exit.
• Players will be taken swiftly into the game room.
• We have increased the frequency of the cleaning service in our facility and all guest areas are wiped down with disinfectants frequently and on a regular basis.
• Games will not be allowed to run overtime and if guests are late this will, unfortunately, be deducted from your game time.
